Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Collectoria app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person, entity, or brand
• Use a password of at least 8 characters containing at least one number
• Keep your password confidential and not share account access with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Banned accounts are disabled immediately and any associated virtual items are forfeited.

Community Standards

Collectoria is a community platform for digital collectible enthusiasts. You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Spam, advertise, or promote external services without our prior consent
• Impersonate any person, creator, brand, or organisation
• Create bot accounts, use automated scripts, or employ any non-human means to interact with the platform
• Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension
• Share false or misleading price information with intent to manipulate the community
• Engage in pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated market manipulation
• Post content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the app or its infrastructure
• Manipulate game scores, points balances, or virtual currency through unauthorised means

Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Collectoria offers virtual currency (Shards and Points) and in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) — we do not store payment card details
• Purchase verification is handled server-side — any attempt to manipulate purchase records client-side will result in immediate account termination
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points earned through daily activities and mini games are subject to daily earning limits to ensure fair play
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Virtual currency and items are licences, not property — they may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to other users
• Collectoria Pass subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings

Creator Programme

Approved creators who access the Creator Hub agree to additional obligations:

• Content must be original, accurate, and not misleading to the community
• No paid promotion or sponsored content without clear disclosure
• No sharing of confidential information obtained through the Creator Hub
• Creator status may be revoked at any time if these standards are not met

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Collectoria is owned by Collectors Gone Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

By posting content to Collectoria, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.

Collectoria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to VeVe, Candy Digital, or any other collectible platform. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Marketplace & Trades

Any listings, trades, or transactions conducted through the Collectoria marketplace are solely between the users involved. We are not a party to any transaction and accept no liability for:

• Failed or fraudulent trades between users
• Disputes over item condition, authenticity, or value
• Payments made outside of the app's official purchase system

We strongly recommend verifying the identity and reputation of any party before engaging in a trade or transaction.

User Content & Third-Party Links

Users may share text, images, and hyperlinks ("User Content") on Collectoria. You are solely responsible for any content you post, including any links you share, and you represent that your content does not violate any law or these Terms.

You must not post links to content that is malicious, deceptive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

• Phishing pages or sites designed to harvest credentials or personal information
• Malware, viruses, or software intended to damage or compromise devices
• Scams, fraudulent offers, or deceptive commercial schemes
• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours

Links shared by users lead to third-party websites that we do not own, control, review, or endorse. Following any link is at your own risk. We make no representations about the safety, accuracy, or legality of third-party sites, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your access to or use of them.

We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove any link or content at our sole discretion, and to suspend or terminate accounts that share malicious or prohibited links. If you encounter a suspicious link, please report it using the in-app reporting tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectors Gone Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Collectoria, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss of profits.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to accounts identified as bots, spam accounts, or accounts engaging in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately and any virtual currency or items associated with your account will be forfeited.

You may appeal a suspension or ban by contacting us at collectorsgonedigital@gmail.com. We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days.

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app via Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting us at collectorsgonedigital@gmail.com.

EU Geo-Blocking Compliance

Collectoria complies with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination based on customers' nationality, place of residence or place of establishment within the EU internal market.

In accordance with this regulation, we commit to the following for users located within the European Union:

• We do not block or restrict access to Collectoria or its features based on your nationality or country of residence within the EU
• We do not automatically redirect EU users to a different version of the app without their explicit consent
• We do not apply different pricing or conditions for in-app purchases based solely on a user's EU country of residence
• Marketplace listings and community features are equally accessible to all EU users

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
